We are now seeking a dynamic and hands-on Chief Operating Officer (f/m/x) who will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s ambitious growth path.

Chief Operating Officer (f/m/x)

Full-Time | Work location: Germany or the Netherlands

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

• Oversee operations at four production sites across Europe, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all locations
• Take responsibility of Supply chain (logistics, transportation, warehousing, material management, order to invoice, S&OP)
• Design and implement scalable processes, systems and management structures from scratch
• Drive initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity
• Define and track KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor production teams; foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and development
• Drive the integration of automation technologies and digital solutions to enhance productivity
• Tackle the challenges of rapid growth by proactively adapting strategies, solving problems and maintaining flexibility
• Regular travel (2+ days per week) to production sites to stay close to teams and operations

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Food Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on and adaptable approach
• Strong intercultural communication skills and experience working in international environments
• Experience with KPI management, lean production, automation systems, 5S and Kaizen is preferred

Our client offers a competitive annual gross salary starting at €150,000 with willingness to overpay based on qualifications and experience.
