Michael Sarsteiner

Michael Sarsteiner leads the Executive Search competence area Transformation, Energy & Manufacturing at Talentor Austria. Together with his team, he supports renowned companies in filling leadership positions that actively drive transformation, digitalization, as well as energy and sustainability agendas.

He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in international executive search, including roles as Business Unit Manager for the CEE region with responsibility for multiple offices across Eastern Europe, as well as Partner in a direct search consultancy focusing on sales and technology. As CEO of Talentor International, he played a key role in expanding the global network to more than 40 countries.

He holds a Master’s degree in Process and Project Management from FHV – Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences and completed further education in Mergers & Acquisitions Management at London Business School.
