Matthias Dietrich heads the Executive Search competence area for Industrial & Construction at Talentor Austria. Together with his team, he assists renowned companies in the search and selection of executives and strategic professionals in the fields of Plant & Mechanical Engineering, Automotive & Aerospace & Railway, Building & Construction, as well as Electrical Engineering & Automation Technology.

Matthias Dietrich brings many years of experience in Executive Search on a national and international level, having led a wide array of search mandates. Additionally, he has been involved in numerous personnel development projects, management audits, hearings, development and assessment centers, where his certifications in potential analyses have been very beneficial.

Thanks to his economics studies with a major in Human Resources and his professional experience in HR management, he can particularly empathize with the clients' situations, understand their issues, and address their concerns.
