Cara Otahal is an Executive Search Consultant for Life Science & Healthcare at Talentor Austria. Before that, she gained several years of experience in personnel consulting across the industrial, IT, real estate, and energy sectors.
Holding a degree in business psychology with a focus on market and advertising psychology, she is fluent in both German and English. With her empathetic and open-minded nature, she values daily interactions with people and brings together diverse perspectives.
