Terms of Use for Talentor Austria Candidates

The following rights and obligations apply between Talentor Austria GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Talentor Austria”) and individuals who create a free candidate profile with Talentor Austria or are involved in a recruitment process with Talentor Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Candidates”).

Rights & Obligations of Users with a Free Career Profile

  1. Talentor Austria offers its candidates the opportunity to create a free career profile on https://talentor.at/jobs or https://talentor-austria.recman.page/. Registration is completed by entering an email address and confirming the registration through Talentor Austria, with no time limitation. By registering, the candidate agrees that their data will be visible to Talentor Austria consultants.
  2. Talentor Austria assures candidates that all submitted information will be treated confidentially. However, under the obligation of confidentiality, Talentor Austria is entitled to use data processors (service providers) to carry out its services.
  3. Candidates are obliged to treat all information about companies suggested by Talentor Austria as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
  4. Candidates are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential. The password can be changed by the candidate at any time.
  5. Entering false, misleading, or otherwise illegal information is prohibited. Any behavior intended to or resulting in violation of network or system security (e.g., introducing viruses or trojans) is prohibited and will be prosecuted under civil and criminal law. Talentor Austria reserves the right to delete such files.
  6. Talentor Austria conducts research on potential candidates and carries out interviews and selection procedures for companies in an impartial and objective manner. We do not produce favorable or biased evaluations. Individual candidates are evaluated based on objective criteria and the specifications of our clients.
  7. Talentor Austria strictly complies with the provisions of the Austrian Equal Treatment Act (GlBG). Candidate profiles submitted to our clients do not contain any information - except gender and date of birth - that could serve as a basis for discrimination under the GlBG or AGG (General Equal Treatment Act). We expressly point out to our clients that neither gender nor age may lead to discriminatory treatment.
  8. Candidates agree to be contacted by Talentor Austria regarding suitable job offers via telephone, email, or other means of communication, such as social media.
  9. For data protection inquiries, candidates may contact: dataprotection.austria@talentor.com. Further details on data protection are provided in the Privacy Policy for Candidates.
  10. Our services are intended exclusively for candidates who are at least 16 years old. For younger candidates, we reserve the right to delete the profile.
  11. If your profile has not been updated in over 5 years, or if we have been unable to offer you a position within 5 years, we reserve the right to delete your candidate profile.

Austrian law applies to the entire business relationship between Talentor Austria and the candidate.
