Stefano Bossi

Stefano graduated in Political Science and obtained an MBA at University Bocconi.

He worked for several years in the HR Department of Multinational Companies headquartered in Milan developing skills in Recruiting and Talent Management. Starting from 2000 he decided to build a new career in HR Consulting Services and served as HR Business Consultant for some of the leading HR firms in Italy. All through these assignments he focused on Business Development in Recruiting, Learning, Coaching and People Development.

Stefano specialized mainly in FMCG, Pharma, Retail and Luxury Markets dealing with projects both on a local and international level.

Stefano joined MCS in 2020 with the responsibility of Business Development for all Services the company is offering.
