She is an expert in the Upper Austrian economic region and brings more than 20 years of experience in personnel consulting. Her extensive network and in-depth knowledge span multiple industries, including manufacturing, mechanical and plant engineering, electrical engineering, automation, and the construction sector. In addition to her expertise in executive search, she has led numerous projects in organizational development and newplacement, benefiting greatly from her training as a labor law expert and resonance coach.
Through her master’s degree with a focus on coaching, HR and organizational development, as well as her systemic background, she is particularly adept at understanding the complex structures of family-owned businesses and corporate groups.
