Ayyüce Öztürk
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Ayyüce Öztürk is a member of Talentor Austria’s talent acquisition team.
Grown up in Germany, he graduated in journalism and communication sciences from the University of Vienna in 2020, followed by a two-year stint of self-employment in sales.
He now applies these skills and his pleasure in dealing with other people to the search and recruitment of suitable candidates for leading companies.
Ayyüce speaks fluent German, English, Turkish, and has advanced language skills in Spanish, French and Japanese.
"People think focus means saying yes to the thing you've got to focus on. But that's not what it means at all. It means saying no to the hundred other good ideas that there are. You have to pick carefully."
